Add chicken pieces, coating them well with the masala. Cover and cook on low heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Finish with Garam Masala
Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust salt and spice levels to taste. - Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with Rice or Naan.
