Ingredients

3. Coat the Chicken

  1. Remove chicken from buttermilk and let excess drip off.
  2. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing gently to stick well.
  3. Shake off extra flour.

4. Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Set to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.

5. Cook the Chicken

  1. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Lightly spray with cooking oil to help crispiness.
