🧾 Ingredients (makes 12 halves / 6 eggs)

  • 6 large eggs
    Egg

🧄 Filling

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional for extra richness)

🧀 “Loaded” toppings

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp crispy bacon bits (or chicken bits)
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions or chives
  • Extra paprika for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Boil the eggs

  • Place eggs in cold water
  • Bring to boil, then simmer 10–12 minutes
  • Cool in ice water, then peel

2. Prepare the filling

  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise
  • Remove yolks and place in bowl
  • Mash yolks until smooth
  • Mix with mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Stir until creamy

3. Fill the eggs

  • Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg whites

4. Add toppings (“loaded” part)

  • Sprinkle cheese, bacon bits, and green onions
  • Dust lightly with paprika

5. Serve

  • Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best taste
