🔥 Instructions

1. Cook pasta

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
  • Drain and set aside

2. Make cheese sauce

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
  • Stir in flour to make a roux, cook 1–2 minutes
  • Gradually whisk in milk until smooth
  • Add Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy

3. Combine pasta & lobster

  • Add cooked pasta and lobster to the cheese sauce
  • Stir gently to coat

4. Assemble for baking

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan on top

5. Bake

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until top is golden and bubbly

  • Garnish with parsley
