Instructions

1. Prepare the Meat Mixture

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix gently until just combined.

2. Form the Rolls

  1. Take a handful of meat and flatten it into a rectangle.
  2. Place filling in the center.
  3. Roll tightly, sealing the edges.
  4. Repeat with remaining meat.

3. Cook the Rolls

Pan + Oven Method (Best Flavor):

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
