For the jelly cubes:

  • 3–4 small packets of flavored gelatin (e.g., strawberry, orange, lime, grape)
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water (1/2 cup per packet)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water (1/2 cup per packet)

For the creamy base:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet (7 g) unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup hot water

1. Make the colored jelly cubes:

  1. Dissolve each flavored gelatin packet in 1/2 cup boiling water.
  2. Add 1/2 cup cold water.
  3. Pour into separate small dishes and refrigerate until firm (about 2–3 hours).

2. Cut the cubes:

  • Once set, cut each color into small 1/2–inch cubes.

3. Prepare the creamy base:

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Let bloom 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1/2 cup hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Mix in sweetened condensed milk.

4. Assemble the mosaic jelly:

  1. Lightly grease a loaf pan or mold.
  2. Place the jelly cubes randomly in the pan.
  3. Pour the creamy gelatin mixture over the cubes gently.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.

5. Serve:

  • Run a knife along the edges to loosen.
  • Slice into squares or scoop with a spoon for a beautiful mosaic effect.
