Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 3–4 medium Potato (cut into chunks)
- 1 large Onion (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Optional: chopped Parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the vegetables
- Place potatoes and sliced onions on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything to coat evenly.
3. Add the pork chops
- Place the pork chops on top of the vegetables.
- Rub a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika on the pork chops.
4. Bake
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through.
- Cook until the pork chops reach 145°F (63°C) internally.
5. Rest and serve
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
