Posted on April 21, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a delicious, tropical-style Pineapple Paradise Cake—soft, creamy, and packed with fruity flavor.

🍍 Pineapple Paradise Cake

🧁 Ingredients

For the cake:

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil (or melted butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup pineapple juice (from canned pineapple or fresh)
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the topping (optional but amazing):

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • Chopped pineapple slices or cherries for decoration

🔥 Instructions

1. Preheat oven

Set to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a cake pan.

2. Make the batter

  • Beat eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy
  • Add oil and vanilla, mix well
  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture
  • Add pineapple juice and crushed pineapple
  • Mix gently (don’t overmix)

3. Bake

  • Pour into prepared pan
  • Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Let it cool completely

4. Add topping (optional but recommended)

  • Whip cream with powdered sugar
  • Spread over cooled cake
  • Sprinkle crushed pineapple on top
  • Decorate with pineapple slices or cherries

🍰 Tips for best result

  • Drain pineapple well to avoid soggy cake
  • Don’t overmix batter (keeps it soft)
  • Chill cake for 1–2 hours before serving for best flavor

🌴 Variations

  • Add coconut flakes for a “piña colada” vibe
  • Use yogurt instead of oil for a lighter version
  • Add a layer of pineapple jam between cake layers

If you want, I can also give you a no-oven version (stovetop or pressure cooker) or a bakery-style pineapple pastry cake.
