- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crisp)
- 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Bell Pepper, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 Egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2–3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions

In a bowl, combine flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. - Form Patties

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. - Cook Patties
