🛒 Ingredients

  • 3–4 lbs beef back ribs or short ribs
  • 1½ cups barbecue sauce (your favorite)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional for heat)

  • Pat ribs dry with paper towels.

  • Place sliced onions and garlic on the bottom.
