Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna.

Here’s a delicious and easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna recipe 🍝 that’s perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 package (25–30 oz) Cheese Ravioli, frozen or fresh
  • 1 jar (24 oz) Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh Basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker
    Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with Cooking Spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Layer Ingredients
    • Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
    • Add a layer of ravioli (no need to thaw if frozen).
    • Spoon ricotta cheese over the ravioli layer.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Repeat Layers
    Repeat layers (sauce → ravioli → ricotta → mozzarella/parmesan) until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  4. Cook
    Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted.
  5. Serve
    Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot. Optional sides: Garlic Bread or Salad.

✅ Tips:

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or cooked ground beef/sausage between layers.
  • Avoid stirring too much during cooking to keep the layers intact.
