Here’s a delicious and easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna recipe 🍝 that’s perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
- 1 package (25–30 oz) Cheese Ravioli, frozen or fresh
- 1 jar (24 oz) Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh Basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker
Lightly spray the inside of the slow cooker with Cooking Spray to prevent sticking. - Layer Ingredients
- Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add a layer of ravioli (no need to thaw if frozen).
- Spoon ricotta cheese over the ravioli layer.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat Layers
Repeat layers (sauce → ravioli → ricotta → mozzarella/parmesan) until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella and parmesan on top. - Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted. - Serve
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot. Optional sides: Garlic Bread or Salad.
✅ Tips:
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or cooked ground beef/sausage between layers.
- Avoid stirring too much during cooking to keep the layers intact.
