Here’s a fresh, simple Tomato Salad recipe—juicy, light, and full of flavor.


🍅🥗 Tomato Salad (Classic & Fresh)

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 3–4 ripe tomatoes (sliced or chopped)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (or vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • Fresh parsley or coriander (optional)

🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep the vegetables

  • Wash and slice tomatoes
  • Thinly slice onion

2. Mix dressing

  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano

3. Combine

  • Add tomatoes and onions to a bowl
  • Pour dressing over them
  • Toss gently to coat

4. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh herbs
  • Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes

  • Cucumber slices for crunch
  • Feta or mozzarella cheese
  • Olives for a Mediterranean twist
