🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve ¼ cup juice)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (or 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • Graham crackers or ladyfingers (optional, for layers)

1️⃣ Make the Cream Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping until fully combined.

2️⃣ Make the Pudding Layer

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with 1 cup milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  2. Gently fold in drained pineapple.

3️⃣ Assemble the Dessert

Option A – Layered (with crackers):

  • In a 9×9-inch dish, layer graham crackers or ladyfingers.
  • Spread half the cream cheese mixture, then half the pineapple pudding.

Option B – Simple Cream Bowl:

  • Mix cream cheese mixture and pineapple pudding together.
